This month we highlight Fund and Asset Management. Check out the new Debts widget on our portfolio, holding company and property dashboards.

Dashboards are key to effective Asset and Fund Management. With a host of analytical data, they give a real-time picture of the state of properties, portfolios and holding companies.

Main features:

  • Description
  • Main KPIs
  • Occupancy spread
  • stacking plan
  • Coming lease contract maturities
  • WALE
  • Net absorption
  • Tenancy schedule
  • ERV
  • Changes in the property value (net of tax)
  • (new) Indebtedness review

Look out for the new Debts widget in the property, portfolio, and holding company dashboards.

So, what's in this Debts widget? You can see all debts-related data in just one click: lenders' names, outstanding capital and loan maturity.

MYRE’s portfolio and ownership dashboards go the extra mile to display the total amount of debt contracted for a portfolio or entity and include charts showing debt repayment flows to analyze outstanding capital over time on a debt-by-debt basis.

Fund Managers can also call up in-depth financial summaries and cross-check analyzes.
