We recently announced the deployment of a new version of MYRE, designed to improve the app’s fluidity of use and enhance its performance.

MYRE’s interface was unchanged since its launch in 2019. We have redesigned it to make the experience smoother for all users, regardless of their use of the platform: Property, Asset and Fund Management.

Today, we’re excited to present in more detail this new version of MYRE.

These evolutions will not only optimize users’ day-to-day operations, but also accelerate future developments.

Redesigned navigation for all users

The improvement of the interface is at the heart of this update. We’ve redesigned how users navigate within the app, with new menu placement and reorganized access to features

These changes aim to make navigation more intuitive, smoother and more efficient.

Main navigation bar evolution

The main navigation bar, located at the top of the interface, is simplified and reduced to its essential functions. It provides direct access to global search, quick return to the home page and environment switching

New main navigation bar

A new icon gathers in its menu access to all administration options (such as the list of entities, service charge account plans, user management, etc.) that were previously split between the home page navigation menu and the user account management menu in the main bar.

Personal access to account management now has its own dedicated menu.

New sidebar menu

A new sidebar, located on the left side of the interface, provides quick and organized access to the app’s various features. It helps users navigate, and its menus are contextualized based on the user’s current level (portfolio, property, holding structure, etc.).

New sidebar menu

This new organization of the interface provides more space for content. Not only in terms of height, with the sidebar replacing the horizontal menu, but also in width, as the pages now adapt to occupy all available space. As an added tip, the sidebar can be hidden to free up even more space and focus on your current tasks.

Operational, simplified and flexible modules

Navigation in the invoices, cash collections, expenses and disbursements modules has been simplified in favor of configurable lists.

These new interfaces allow searching across the entire list and viewing items with a single click.

Users can now use a set of customized filters to quickly find the items they’re looking for.

New customizable filter bar

An option allows you to sort items according to different criteria, such as invoice issue or due date.

On these new pages, an action bar centralizes all the main functions of each module. It provides direct and simplified access to essential actions in a given context.

Continuous improvement of the user experience

In this version, we’re laying the foundations for further fluidity of use through other existing features, as well as future ones already under development.

In upcoming updates, we’ll be paying special attention to ensuring this new experience evolves to suit your needs as closely as possible.

That’s why your feedback is essential to help us continue to improve the platform and better meet your day-to-day Property Management needs.
