Since the beginning of 2020, MYRE has continued to grow, while boosting its market presence and increasing staff numbers.

The company's growth is expressed first of all through its expanding involvement on the real estate market. In a little over a year, the market has seen a rise in the needs for digitization in the work of asset managers. MYRE has been active in providing responses to the issues in the profession and supplying its solution for managing real estate data.

First, we have seen the startup tripling its client numbers in 18 months. Second, the application is now used to manage asset portfolios in 9 European countries. The company is planning to open offices in a range of European countries by 2025, including the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Hungary, Romania, and Poland.

To support its growth, MYRE has been selected for the Scale Real Estate RSE 2021 programme launched by PwC, which connects decision-makers from large corporations with startups.

MYRE is expanding, with co-workers specialized in the real estate and digital sectors.

This growth in business is coupled with the development of its teams. Today MYRE has 32 members of staff. Since January 2021, 12 new co-workers have joined the team, including five developers, three salespeople, a head of customer support, a quality analyst, a project manager and a communications manager, with significant experience in the real estate and digital sectors.

Bénédicte Cazes, head of customer support at MYRE since February, has 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. After beginning her career at Hammerson, she became property manager controller for 10 years at Beacon Capital Partners before working as senior property manager for 4 years at Swiss Life REIM.

Rudy Lelièvre, account manager at MYRE since June 2021, is an expert in the real estate sector with 17 years' experience as a senior consultant in the Cushman & Wakefield firm, where he provided support and advice for private and institutional landlords in their sales work. He has also worked with numerous international users in their real estate strategy.

Olivia Brami, account manager at MYRE since June 2021, is specialized in the digital sector with 9 years' experience in software design and IT consultant companies. In particular, she was senior business unit manager in the Alten Group.
